Return Policy
If you have an item that you wish to return to Ropes Galore, all of the following rules apply:
Returns are not accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Please include your receipt.
Items for return or exchange must be in new and unused condition, with their original packaging and tags Some items returned for a manufacturer's defect may be repaired rather than replaced, based on the manufacturer's recommendation.
All deep discount and clearance items are non-returnable for any reason.
Returns will be refunded in the same payment method they were originally purchased Returns may require 10 business days to process.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please include a note with your name, address, return authorization number, and reason for return or exchange. Saddles:
You have 3 days from the day you receive a saddle to fit the saddle to the horse.
You must protect the saddle during the trial.
If you mark, stain, scratch, oil, break, tweak, or in any other way damage the saddle, it may not be returned.
After the 3 day trial period, all saddle sales are final.
A restocking fee or refusal of return may occur if these requirements are not met. If you wish to return an item, e-mail service@hawthornestore.com with the product name, date purchased, and reason for return/exchange to receive a return authorization number.
