Return Policy

Ropes Galore wants happy, REPEAT customers! This means should you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. Please reach out to us at contact@ropesgalore.com within 7 days after receipt of your order so we can discuss possible options.

Generally, we will exchange your unopened, unused item for a replacement or store credit provided you contacted us within the 7-day timeframe and successfully return the original item received. Items must be returned in the same condition, original packaging, and free of any damages. Please ship your return items with a carrier who can provide you with tracking capabilities. We strongly suggest exploring the insurance options available through your shipping carrier as Ropes Galore will not be liable or cover the cost of your return item if it is lost or damaged en route back to us. We cannot credit or refund shipping charges.

Please note, we do not offer returns and/or refunds on final sale items. Generally, this will be any item offered as “sale” on our shop site, items noted as “final sale,” “closeout,” and/or “returns not accepted.”

Changes

We may update our privacy and return policies from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
